裴天

裴天，2013年于北京大学信息技术与科学学院获得物理电子学博士学位，2013年至2019年期间在英国牛津大学材料系从事博士后研究，主要从事基于纳米半导体材料的广东会点器件输运，基于广东会点器件的广东会比特测控等研究。2019年加入北京广东会信息科学研究院后，负责组建和领导了广东会点广东会计算团队，目前主要的研究方向包括：

（1）基于硅锗二维电子/空穴气的广东会输运。

（2）基于半导体广东会点器件的广东会比特测控。

（3）广东会点广东会比特的规模化设计、操控和读取。
